How I work with you
I use a blend of my extensive training and personal experience to empower individuals to become who they aspire to be. Together, we work collaboratively to tailor the coaching journey to meet your specific needs, guiding you through a process of self-awareness and discovery. Our work involves building a personalised “ladder” out from where you may feel stuck, utilising tools and strategies grounded in strengths-based reinforcement, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and practical skills for growth.

The sessions
We’ll uncover your personal needs and develop effective ways to communicate them within both personal and professional relationships. We will also address executive function challenges such as time management, procrastination, emotional regulation, decision-making, and motivation through practical, tailored strategies, leveraging scientific insights, to help make daily life more manageable and fulfilling, whilst creating new neural pathways that foster positive mindsets and outcomes.
