I’m Lara Phillips, certified ADHD coach
Why I became an ADHD coach
My path to ADHD coaching began with a personal struggle. Despite academic success, I felt profoundly misunderstood as a child. Simple tasks often overwhelmed me, impacting my happiness. This personal challenge ignited a passion for understanding the human mind, leading me to a degree in Psychology and postgraduate training in Psychodynamic Therapy.
This foundation, combined with my specialised ADHD coach training from ADDCA for adults and families, allows me to provide comprehensive and tailored support.
My story
I’m proof of what I teach
My daughter's ADHD diagnosis transformed our family. Witnessing her struggles, and then the power of small adjustments, became my inspiration to help others. It showed me the power of tailored support and the importance of working with, not against, our unique brains, and sparked a deep desire to help others embrace their unique ADHD wiring.
I work with individuals in building a toolbox of strategies to overcome challenges and create the life they dream of. Let's work together to help you thrive.
